Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Primolut N is a hormonal preparation. It leads to withdrawal bleeding within 8 to 10 days of stopping pills.

Wait patiently for 4 to 6 days more, you would mostly get it. If you don't, you need to consultat a gynecologist for finding other possible cause of menstrual irregularity. It could be thyroid or ovarian problems/fibroid uterus/severe anemia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
