Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello doctor. I'm 19years old. I did not get my period last month. I was supposed to get it on 27th november. My doctor suggested me to take deviry 10 mg for 5 days(1 tablet in morning and 1 in evening). I completed my course yesterday. This is first time I have missed my period usually they are regular. When should I expect my period to come?
Deviry contain progesterone and help to induce the period in hormonal imbalance. You took it in correct manner. It supports the growth of endometrium and once you stop it, induce bleeding occur. Period will occur 4 to 7 days after stopping the pill. So period will come maximum in 7 days. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Sagar
