When Do Periods Begin After Taking Deviry?

Hi,I didn t have my periods since April and also I m not pregnant..gyno suggest me to take deviry 10mg for five days(daily 2tabs)..and told me to wait for 15days to get my periods back..but it s been 15th day and my periods didn t come...plz suggest me what I should do..should I take deviry again or any other pills

Hi,



Divery usually taken for 5 days to induce period. Usually period starts within 10 days. If not then you should rule out other causes for delayed period as well. Ovarian problem, excess stress, thyroid dysfunction, Hormonal imbalance should be ruled out.



You can investigate with ultrasonography pelvis, serum TSH, serum Prolactin, serum FSH and LH estimation. Do not start Deviry again without your doctor advise.
