When Do Periods Start?

I'm 12, have small breast buds, coarse pubic hair on the labia, have to shave under my arms, and sweat easily. I've had discharge for a few months, and I get so much each day that in the evenings my underwear is gross. When will I get my period? Also, my "breasts" dont even fit in an A cup. When will they grow?
