Hello dear Understand your concern I appreciate your health practice as you consult the gynecologist for abortion that prevent complication and lead to successful abortion. USG is done for confirmation of intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week. My method gynecologist gave you mifepristone, it cause separation of implantation product from the uterus wall. It does not causes bleeding. After 24 hour gynecologist will give you 800 ug misoprostol vaginally under supervision. Misoprostol cause uterine contraction and lead to expulsion of implantaion product and lead to bleeding with clots and tissue like products.
