When Does The Pain After Tooth Repair Subside?

I had a tooth repaired 7 days ago with 3 pins and it took 3 vials of anasteic to numb my jaw it is still very painfull to open mouth and inpossible to eat as it hurting on the tooth serverly should i still have this pain from the needles and the tooth repair

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pain and difficulty in mouth opening can be because of the inflammation and damage to the muscle fibres while injecting the local anesthetic solution. NOthing to be panic, it will subside in 5-7days time. Mean while you can take an analgesic with muscle relaxant like ibuprofen and chlorzoxazone respectively. Do saline gargling.
