When Does Vaginal Bleeding Stop After Taking Pause MF?

Hi I have marriage on 10.12.2017. my doctor has advised me to take pause MF 3 times a day if my period starts before that. He has asked me to have it for 3 days. My questions are 1. How long does it take to stop the bleeding? 2. Should I take for 3 days or till the marriage is over? Thanks
