When I Expect Complete Recovery Post Open Epigastric Hernia Surgery?
hello doc. i have done epigastric hernia repaired through laproscopy
but again i am facing through same issue,then i visited to dr, he said repair it again through laproscopy,then i visited to another dr. he said only open surgery can help you for my issue which will stop the reccurence,so if i go through the open surgery how many days it will take to recover like, i can do heavy workouts and kick boxing

dear friend after open surgery for your epigastric hernia you can perform your routine work after 10-15 days. but you must be careful for heavy works till 2-3 months. because heavy works and conditions that increases intra abdominal pressure may harm you.
