how early can i take phendimetrazine so it does not affect my sleep. been doing well on the pills for appettite control and losing weight the one problem is i am on the lowest dose and still have trouble falling asleep. i only drink one cofee aday in the morning at 7 am and i take phend at 1 pm to avoid late eating but yesterday it was 1 am and i was wide awake
