When Is Conception Safe After An Abortion?

Hi.. I got aborted in 5th month in April 2017(2nd pregnant) due to triple test Issues which was after 5yrs after 1st baby. Can I start planning for a baby now? I started using folinal plus tablet since a month.. Is this tablet enough for folic acid supplements for me or any other tablet needed? Can you plz suggest me so that I can avoid such problems... Please help me out.. Thank you
