When Is The Best Ovulation Periods For Conception?

Hi, I have been married for 1 year now, age 31. My sex life is not very active though this is acceptable to both my wife and me as are both not sexually active. However we are trying to get a baby and I am unable to get turned on at the right times/days. Could you please advice?

Thank you for query.The best period for conceiving is between 10th to 21st day of cycles if she is having regular cycles.Ovulation usually occurs 14 days prior to the onset of periods.You can predict it by using the ovulation strips also.It is best to have intercourse during this period.Both of you relax,meditate,eat balanced diet,do mild to moderate physical exercises.All the best.
