When Is The Best Time To Take Fluoxetine?

hello today my doctor put me on fluoxetine 20mg and my question is, when is it best to take this med. At night or as soon as i wake up. And just to throw out there I suffer from insomnia and take pills for it so i do not want this med to mess up my sleeping at night
