Hi,
If you have normal regular ovulatory periods and your tubal patency as well as sonogram are normal, you can go for it straightaway. Please monitor your ovulation and time intercourse around that period, at least on alternate days. You can monitor ovulation through follicular study, basal body temperature measurements and ovulation kits. If there is no success in 2- months, you may need further assistance like IUI. Please get properly assessed before you try. Your husband also may need to be tested if necessary. Hope this helps.
