Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The window period for HIV is 3-6 months.
If you test for HIV 6 months after possible exposure (intercourse) ,the result is 100% reliable and conclusive.
Since you tested for HIV 1 year 4 months after the exposure and the result was negative, you are not infected.
You are HIV negative and don't need to do further tests.
You can rest your mind and don't worry anymore about this.

Hope my answer has helped.
Wish you good health.
