When It Start Bleeding After Taking Apo-misoprostol?

I am 27, I got pregnant by accident and was prescribed 10 tablets of methotrexate by mouth. 4 misoprostrol tabs vaginally and i was to take 4 xithromax after bleeding and clots have passed but i experienced cramping no bleeding when i had another ultra sound it showed that it didn't work so he has now ased me to take the apo-misoprostol again vaginally so i did last night i am not experiencing much cramping and brown blood from my vagina? when am i supposed to start bleeding and clotting?

Understand your concern
For abortion misoprostol and mifepristone should be used after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG scan under the medical supervision.
Normally bleeding will start 30-45 minutes after using 800 ug misoprostol vaginally. And it will stops in for 3-5 days as abortion process will complete.
Cramp occur due to uterine contraction, it also decrease in 4-5 days.
Wait for bleeding for next 72 hour. if no bleeding occur, you can not terminate the pregnancy as it cause deformity in fetus and should be terminated by surgical process like suction evacuation.
