When Should Duphaston Be Started In Order To Prepone Menstrual Periods?

hi...am travelling to temple on 6th march and my LMP is 6th feb(acc today is my 3rd day)i want tp prepone my periods for the same and my cycle is of 25-28 days and regular.my doc advised me to take DUPHASTON 10mg...how and from when shud i start am confused!
