When Should Gavilyte-G Solution Be Taken?

I have a colonoscopy scheduled for 2:30 Tuesday afternoon. I have Gavilyte-G Solution to take before test. No where does it state when to start taking it. The day before? Morning of? Can I take half the evening before and finish solution the morning of test or do I have to take all at one time?

GaviLyte-G is composed of 'polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution', which is a laxative solution that increases the amount of water in the intestinal tract to stimulate bowel movements.
It is used to clean the bowel before colonoscopy.
It is a powder medicine that must be mixed with water before using it.
Take the medicine 2 to 4 hours after your last meal. Keep taking the medicine until your stool is watery and clear.
The first watery stool should appear within 1 hour after you start drinking the solution.
