hi i have otosclerosis in my left which is 70bd and my right is 30 bd when should i use hearing aid for now i don t have any mishearing i m okay i can hear everything .

If you do not have any problem with hearing you need not wear any hearing aid. You can use the hearing aid if you have any problem with the hearing only.
