When Should I Start With Loestrin 24 To Avoid A Weekend Period?

I was taking the birth control Tri Cyclen Lo for over a year and just last month switched to Loestrin 24. I started the pack on a monday and just ended the white active pills on tuesday. I want to change the day I start my next pack in order to prevent a weekend period. When is it okay to start my new pack and is there any day during the week that is more likely to prevent my period on a weekend. I am confused now that the pack only has 24 active pills.

Also, do I need to take the 4 brown pills at the end of the pack or is that just a reminder to start a new pack?
