When Should I Take Norethisterone Tablets To Delay The Period?

hi ive been given norethisterone,and was told to take it 3 days before my period to delay while on holiday,sumtimes im 3 or 4 days early with my period can i take them a week before my period to make sure my period does not arrive while im on holidays thanks
