When Should Levofloxacin Be Taken?

i was a patient in the hospital and got ZoFran this morning at 9 am for 4 hours through IV. i was discharged today and given a prescription for Levofloxacin 750 mg tablet to be taken once per day. Can I take it now or start it tomorrow since the other antibiotic was taken this morning,
