When Should A Lordotic View X-ray Be Done?

Hello Ma am/Sir/Doc, I just want to ask what is the reason why they need me to do the lordotic view I have my PTC case before but I completed the 6 mos. treatment is there a possibility that PTB will active again? Appreciate for the response. Godbless!

welcome to hcm..one thing should be clear that TB can happen again in fully treated persons which is cat 2 tb ..and some defects are not visible on standard chest xray pa view so other views as lateral or lordotic views are taken ...
