When Should One Seek Medical Help For White Stool Post Imodium Use?

My daughter is recovering from a two day illness where nausea and diarrhea we’re her main symptoms. She took a total of 4 Imodium AD capsules… 2 followed by another after each subsequent bowel movement. Yesterday, she was diarrhea-free, and has been fine today, but has only now just passed her first “normal” bowel movement… normal in consistency, but a very cream-like color. Almost white. What I’m reading online sounds like she needs immediate medical attention. I’ve read another similar question that a doctor states it’s normal, but how long do we give it before we have her checked out?
