When To Expect A Period After Stopping Birth Control Pills?

I am trying to fall pregnant.

I have been on the pill for over 12 years and stopped 2 months ago.

I still havent received a period - when i took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago it was negative. I later had a very light period.

My question is the following : when will I get a period? and how can i increase my fertilty?
