When To Peel Off The Clear Bandaid After Divinci Surgery?
I am 4 days post op from a Divinci surgery. I have 5 incisions which are covered with cotton and then a clear bandaid sealing everything in. Nothing has gotten wet. When should I peel off the clear bandaid? They look like they would stay on forever if I didn't touch them. They don't bother me at all. It just seems like the incisions would heal faster if air got to them.

We usually prescribe 7 days bandage for any surgery. Since it has only being 4 days, you should wait for atleast 3 more days as your doctor must have instruct you. It will not only heals your incision line but it will also strengthen and prevent that part from external trauma.the bandage is not only a strip but it do contain medication in it. So I will advice to wait for 3 more days
