Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your problem.

The prescribed medication called Norethisterone is used.
Usually, you will be prescribed three Norethisterone tablets a day, starting three days before you expect your period to begin. Continue to take the tablets during your travelling to the holy places while performing Umrah.

The common side effects seen with the use of Norethisterone include bloating, breast tenderness, nausea, headache and disturbances in mood.

Your period should arrive two to three days after you stop taking the medication.
This medication does not interfere with ability of conceiving a baby once it is discontinued.

Hope to have answered your query.
Wishing you a happy journey, may Allah accept your deeds/efforts while performing Umrah, Amin.
