When To Take Deviry If Suffering From Irregular Periods?

Hi...i had taken deviry 10 mg as precribed by the doc on the 13th of oct & got my periods on 27th oct....please advise if i need to take deviry 10 mg this month on the same date i.e 13th Nov...please note this drug is prescribed as i am suffering from irregular menstrual cycle.
