When To Take Pregnancy Test?

i dnt know iam preganant or not?i missed my period for 5 days..i had my last period on 15 th of August..This month i missed my periods for 5 days & again on 14th -15 th of this month i had light bledding..I have symptoms like cramping,food craving n also back ache..PLs tell me wen should i do preganancy test..?

I understand your concerns.Urine pregnancy tests can be taken once you miss your next successive periods.As already you have missed your periods,you can take the home pregnancy test now and check whether you are pregnant or not.

The symptoms you are getting are very nonspecific signs of pregnancy.Best confirmatory test is ultrasound scanning.
