When Will I Get Rid Of Numbness Around My Lips And Gums Post Cheekbone Injury?

i just recieved news i have a broken cheekbone , i have a CT scan tomorrow to find out more but would i need surgery as it looks like i dont have a cheekbone visable anymore and also how long untill the numbess around my lips and gums returns?
