When Will I Get A Period After Discontinuing Nuvaring?

I started nuvaring and after 2 days had unprotected sex. The ring became uncomfortable so I removed it after another day or two. Its been a few days now, and I am passed when my normal period would be, and having a lot of stomach cramping. How long does it take for my period to return to normal?
