When Will Next Periods After Stopping Abnormal Periods Come?

I am 45, bled continuously for about 7 weeks. Had a normal TVS and pipelle biopsy. Took Norethisterone for about 4 weeks constantly and finished it on New Years Day. When should my next period be? Is it 28 days from 1 January (on a 28 day cycle) or should it be when my January period would have been due if I had not had abnormal bleeding and used the Noresthisterone? Thanks.
