When Will The Antibiotics Act On The Pain After A Teeth Removal?

i had my 2 lower wisdom teeth removed 1.6.11 i had to be put on a course of co amoxiclav yesterday as im in so much pain and have swelling in my throat with infection when should i start to feel the effect of the antibiotics and will the pain im in start to ease soon i cannot take much more of it
