When Will Usual Period Start After Abortion?

hello,I had a medical abortion almost 5 weeks ago (11th April) and now my lower abdomen is quite swollen and my lower back is extremely sore.
I stopped bleeding completely about 2 weeks after the procedure and haven't had any signs of a period yet (I am usually like clockwork).
Any help offered would be much appreciated.
