When Would Fetal Head And Fetal Spine Positions In An Ultrasound Report Be Considered Normal?
hi,I am 30yrs old and I pregnant in 21 weeks my utrasonogram report said fetal head in the lower pole with fetal spine to the left side of maternal abdomen at present, right lateral extending to both anterior and posterior wall showing grade 1 maturity
If fetal head down after 34 weeks of pregnancy, that fall in the range of normal. Normal position - fetal head down and fetal spine vertical. At 21 week it can't be predicted what will be at 34 weeks.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Meena Jethani,
