Hello,

If fetal head down after 34 weeks of pregnancy, that fall in the range of normal. Normal position - fetal head down and fetal spine vertical. At 21 week it can't be predicted what will be at 34 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Meena Jethani,
OBGYN
