Where Can A Blastomycosis Case Receive Best Medical Attention?
My brother age 61 has been diagnosed with severe blastomycosis. He has been hospitalized five times since November 2015--each time getting worse. This time he had a seizure and quit breathing turning blue. He also has diabetes. We feel like the doctors don t know what to do. We live in Owensboro, Kentucky and would like to move him to a facility that has treated this before. Any suggestions on a hospital or doctors?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms likely to be due to lesion (Blastomycosis) it is better to have word with the treating medical team if the same treatment would remains same then no need to move, better to discuss about prognosis hope this information helps.
