Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne scars on face which occurs occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are already taking so much medicine but not get benefited. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. You an go for laser therapy, microabrasion, chemical peeling and dermabrasion only after doctors prescription. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
