HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Medication for reflux may be in the form of meds that stop the acid from being produced or medication that neutralize the acid that is already present.

Pepcid and zantac, neutralize the acid that is already present. They are both safe with warfarin

Prevacid and prilosec, they reduce acid production. They also are thought to be safe.

Nexium causes and minor or insignificant interaction but you can use one of the others.

I hope this helps
