Which Anti Inflammatory Agent Does Celebrex Contain?

I developed very high blood pressure while taking Celebrex, what anti inflammatory does it contain? I was treated for a sinus infection today and my BP was very high. I have been taking Tylenol sleep with freq later and Mucinex DM Do any of them contain the same anti-inflammatory as Celebrex?
