Which Antibiotic Cream Can Be Used To Treat Bites Turned Blisters In An Infant?

Hi, My 22 month old has a few little spots...they started out like mosquito bites but then kind of turned into little blisters. Went to Gp (not my usual one) and she said h, f and m disease. She has had that once before but I'm still not convinced...they seem more like mosquito bites. They seem to be almost gone apart from one on her cheek that she must have scratched, it continues to weep and the form a yellow crust. Doesn't seem to be worrying her. But just wondering the best way to treat it? Saline? the gp prescribed an antibiotic cream to apply.
