Which Drug Can Affect The Liver Function?

Doctor, is there any drug that I am currently taking thats bad for my liver? My doctor, ordered for an SGPT test, I forgot to ask what that is and Im quite worried about whats going on, all I know is that its test to check my Liver, but I don t know really what its for.
