Foods that dont strain the liver like non fatty healthy foods. Also Milk thistle is a good suplement for them to take.

Take plenty of carbohydrate,sugar,
Take fresh fruits,cane sugar,more protein.lemon juice.
Avoid fatty,fried and junk food.
Avoid taking alcohol.
