Which Form Of Turmeric Should Be Taken To Cure Rheumatoid Arthritis-related Pain?
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis two year ago and have tried three different kind of medicines for the inflammation and pain . I had side effects with all three. I read about Turmeric and wanted to know which is better to take the powder or pill form? And how much should a person take.
Hello, Thank you for the query at healthcare Magic
Turmeric have anti inflammatory properties and have shown to reduce pain and inflammation of joints. You can take 500 mg capsules of turmeric twice daily. However do not discontinue the medications you are receiving currently for rheumatoid arthritis and follow up with your doctor for any side effects you are experiencing with these medications.
Hope I was able to answer your question Please feel free to address any more concerns Regards, Dr.Lekshmi
