You should avoid fruits like grapes, bananas, water melon, chikoos, mangoes. You can have pineapples, figs, melon and black grapes in small quantities. You can have jamun, peaches, apricots, apples, white jamun, sweet-lime, papanas and oranges in normal amount. For diabetes, grapefruit is very good, and you can have this every day.
