Which Is The Best Cream For Dark Spots And Pimples?
Hi doctor i am male of 18 year old i have small dark spot s and which develp into pimples latter i am using dove soap and himalaya clarina but its not effective when my pimple reduces then i have spots in my mouth is there any relation between them and plz advice me a good cream for my pimple

I have read your query and understood your concern.
For active pimples, i usually advice my patients oral antibiotics like doxycycline/azithromycin/minocycline for atleast a month.
Alongwith topical clindamycin gel in morning and topical retinoids 0.025 % cream can be applied in night on alternate day basis for both pimple control and pigmentation.
Do not squeeze or pop the pimples.
Avoid hair oil.
