Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
First of all, you should understand that it is not possible to "lighten " the skin beyond a certain limit. We can remove/ lighten the tanning which you would acquired due to sun exposure and we can lighten other types of acquired pigmentary disorders like melasma, freckles, etc. But we cannot change a person' s complexion altogether.
You seem to have used different combinations of lightening agents. But you have not mentioned usage of a sunscreen.
I suggest that you use a good sunscreen which is broad spectrum( covering both UV-A and UV-B rays) every 4 hours even while indoors and in cloudy weather.
There is no harm in using Tri-o-bloc with Vitamin E or C tablets. But it may not lighten your skin.
You can get glycolic peels done by a dermatologist to remove tanning and to get a better tone.
It is good to keep realistic expectations from any treatment and to know the limitations of each treatment/procedure.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
