Which Is The Flavoured Alternate To Flucloxacillin Syrup?

Hi trying to administer Flucloxcillin syrup 4 times a day to 1 year old is proving almost impossible as it's so bitter. She often throws it back up with any food that's in her stomach too - is there a flavoured alternative without compromising her recovery? Grateful for any suggestions. Thanks.
