Which Is The Safest Treatment Method For Blockages In Arteries ?

Hi, My dad aged 59 is advised to undergo CABG due to more than 90% blockages in two of the arteries. Other one has around 70% of blockage. I wanted to know , how safe it will be and which process the doctor should follow, a traditional with heart lung machine or without that ?? Please suggest.

Dear sir

There are two treatment protocols to manage coronary artery blockage
1. Medically by stabilization of blocks
2. Surgically by doing coronary artery stenting or bypass surgery.
The percentage of the block and history of diabetes and hypertension recudes the chances of stenting. Bye pass is the option which is recimmended

Medically high doses of statins, antiplatelets and ace inhibitors will stabilize the blocks

Thanks
