hi For my -3 eye power, do i need to buy contact lens with -3 or less than -3? My eye power is -3 both eyes. I am using contact lens for the past 4years. 6 month before i had itching in eyes so i taught i need to replace my contact lens (Old contact lens power is -1.25 & -1.75). I replace the contact lens to soft lens with power -3. My question is, -3 power is the result from Doctor when i was suffered from Madras Eye infection recently 3months back. So can i buy softlens with power -3 itself or i need to buy low power?
