u r using right solution ,but it will take time to control hair fall and hair gain
u need to start tab finasteride after dermatologist advise
take high protein diet
avoid stress and smoking
drink more milk and take fruits and green veg.

It Is more common in this age group.
See to It that you are free from dandruff.
Take healthy food like fruits and vegetables.
most Important Is take badam, cashew, dry grapes 8-10 each every day.
keep you scalp tidy by frequent head bath.
Be free from stress by listening to music, meditation outing with family and friends.
Drink more water.
