Which Medication Should Be Taken To Abort Two Months Pregnancy?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Ok my question is that I'm two months pregnant and I want to abort the child because I'm having two kids and don't want anymore pls suggest me if I take primlout n will my bleeding start or should I go for mifepriston?plz I'm worried tell me some way?

Understand your concern
Mifepristone and misoprostol is used for abortion. Primolut N is used for for delayed period. But you can use abortion pill after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG under observation of gynecologist. Do not use abortion pill at home as it cause complication like erratic bleeding, severe cramp and abnormal development of pregnancy in case of failure that can not be controlled at home. You have to tale mifepristone 600 mg orally followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally after 24 hour. Dose should be modified if no bleeding. USG should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion. Post abortion rest, analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements is advisable.
